This is actually a company that has been in business for quite some time now and has over six million customers. What that means, is that constantly, this company is growing and changing an the customer base is growing and changing – which is a good thing.
The great thing about Unitrin Direct Insurance Company is that they actually change up their systems and discounts a whole lot, which is something that I love. Currently, they are actually take advantage of the technology that we have in order to improve their customer service experience, which is a great idea.
Their customer service satisfaction is at 96% right now and for having six million customers, that is very impressive!
